1. A distinctive artistic form
The Cà Đoạn shape is full and rounded, brimming with vitality. The artistic accent lies in the lid knob, meticulously modelled as a fruit stem, while the spout and handle imitate tree branches with naturally rendered veining, giving a secure and familiar feel in the hand.
2. Rare Nixing clay
Nixing clay from Qinzhou is renowned for its fine texture: it does not absorb water, yet it holds the fragrance of tea beautifully. The longer the pot is used and "seasoned", the smoother and glossier its surface becomes, taking on a warm, jade-like beauty.
3. Flawless performance
With a standard 180ml capacity and a modern 14-hole filter, the pot pours a smooth stream and cuts off cleanly. The lid is crafted by hand by the artisan to an exceptionally tight fit, retaining heat optimally and fully awakening the flavour and aroma of fine teas such as oolong, pu-erh or green tea.
