1. Rinse the leaves: place the tea in the pot. Pour in just enough hot water to cover it, leave for 5-10 seconds to clean the leaves and wake the aroma. Pour the rinse water away.
2. Steep: fill the pot with hot water.
• Ideal temperature: 85-90°C (in our experience this temperature makes the tea tastier, more fragrant and sweeter).
• First infusion: 30-45 seconds.
• From the second onwards: add 5-10 seconds to each further infusion.
3. Enjoy: you can take 4-6 infusions and the quality still holds beautifully.
