Premium white porcelain: Made from selected porcelain in a pure white or smooth ivory-white tone. The glossy glaze not only sets off the pink and blue lotus of the hand-painted motif but also reflects the colour of the tea liquor truly and beautifully as you admire it.

160ml gaiwan (medium–large size): This is the ideal capacity for brewing tea for 2 to 4 people at once. At 160ml, there is room enough inside the gaiwan for large-leaf teas (such as Shan Tuyet old-tree tea, oolong or pu-erh) to unfurl completely, releasing their aroma and full-bodied flavour in full.
50ml tea cup – the tasting size: A 50ml cup is the "golden" size in tea ceremony. It holds just enough for 2 to 3 small sips – the perfect span of time to take in everything from the gentle astringency on the tip of the tongue to the deep sweet finish in the throat, before the tea goes cold.
