The meaning of the Three Powers gaiwan: The design follows a classic structure of 3 inseparable parts: the lid stands for Thiên (Heaven), the saucer stands for Địa (Earth), and the bowl stands for Nhân (Humankind). The three elements blend together to symbolise the harmony of the universe and all things within it.
