BROKEN-LEAF OOLONG TEA - BOLD FLAVOUR - EXCELLENT FOR TEA-BASED DRINKS - 500G

BROKEN-LEAF OOLONG TEA – The Economical Choice for Authentic Oolong Flavou

Full-Bodied Taste, Deep Sweet Finish – The Perfect Brewing Solutio

1. REAL VALUE & ORIGIN (Focus on Functionality)

We present our Broken-Leaf Oolong Tea, the ideal product for those who prioritise flavour quality and value for money over appearance.

  • Composition: Broken-Leaf Oolong Tea consists of the tea stems and mature leaves sifted out during the processing of our premium Oolong teas.

  • Appearance: The tea is not much to look at (large leaf pieces, not evenly rolled like premium Oolong tea). We are upfront about this to make sure our customers are satisfied.

  • Origin: It still comes from the tea-growing region of Bảo Lộc, Lâm Đồng, the source of true-to-type Oolong teas.

2. FLAVOUR CHARACTERISTICS AND USES

Plain as it looks, Broken-Leaf Oolong Tea retains the essence of Oolong and shows outstanding strengths in beverage preparation:

  • Flavour: The tea keeps the characteristic flavour of Oolong tea – light, clean and easy to drink.

  • Body: A full-bodied brew (thanks to the stems and mature leaves), well suited to those who like a strong cup.

  • Finish: Smooth, without harsh astringency, with the deep sweet aftertaste characteristic of Oolong.

Excellent uses:

  • Professional beverage preparation: The optimal choice for milk tea shops, fruit tea bars or chain outlets that need high-quality Oolong tea at a sensible cost for brewing a tea base.

  • Everyday drinking: Ideal for those who drink tea daily and want a strong-tasting tea that is good for their health.

3. PROFESSIONAL PACKAGING & STORAGE

  • Packaging: The tea is packed in professional vacuum-sealed bags, which preserve flavour and quality to the fullest.

  • Format: Each bag weighs 500g, convenient for regular use and economical on shipping and storage.

4. BREWING GUIDE (Strong Tea Base)

For the strongest tea base, you may follow the method below:

  • Ratio: 10g of tea per 1 litre of water.

  • Temperature: 95°C – 100°C (Use water at a full boil to extract the full-bodied taste from the stems and mature leaves).

  • Steeping time: Steep the tea for 5 – 7 minutes.

  • Purpose: A longer steep extracts the tea's strong taste and aroma completely, making it ideal for brewing a base for milk tea or fruit tea.
